任职要求 1. 学历背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、供应链管理、工业工程、运筹学等相关专业优先。 2. 领域经验：8年以上研发工作经验，其中5年以上供应链领域应用研发经验，深度理解供应链计划（SCP）、供应链执行（SCE）、供应链协同（SCC）等业务域；具备供应链智慧决策类产品从0到1建设及商业化交付落地经验者优先。 3. 架构能力：具备较强的应用架构与技术架构设计能力，熟练掌握微服务架构、领域驱动设计（DDD）、分布式系统设计等方法论；有供应链中台、算法服务化平台、数据中台等架构设计与落地经验者优先。 4. 研发管理：具备5年以上研发团队管理经验，主导过多个2B企业级项目的研发交付，熟悉项目全生命周期管理流程，具备良好的需求把控、进度管理、质量保障与风险应对能力。 5. 技术栈：精通Java/Go/Python等至少一门后端语言，熟悉Spring Cloud/Dubbo等微服务框架，熟悉Kafka/RocketMQ等消息中间件，熟悉MySQL/PostgreSQL、Redis、ElasticSearch等存储与检索技术，了解K8s/Docker等云原生技术体系。 6.
