Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited university in Australia or New Zealand

Admitted or eligible to practice law in at least one Australian jurisdiction

2–6 years of commercial legal experience, ideally in logistics, transportation, international trade, or a multinational in-house team

Sound knowledge and practical experience in at least one or more of the following: ANZ commercial and transport law, trade compliance, data privacy, employment law, or corporate governance

Proven ability to independently review and negotiate contracts

Experience in establishing or optimising compliance/governance systems is a strong plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of handling complex legal documents and cross-border business coordination

Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (preferred)
