任职要求
1、大专或以上计算机专业背景，3-5年以上互联网或中大型企业IT/网络运维经验 2、熟悉Windows/Linux常用服务器的安装\配置\原理（包括但不限于DNS,DHCP,FTP，nexcloud等）和相关运维 3、精通主流厂商网络设备山石网科、深信服、华为、华三、aruba、思科、锐捷等（包括但不限于防火墙/上网行为管理/网络交换机/无线控制器/AP等）配置及规划升级。 4、精通IPV6\OSPF\802.1X\VPN\VLAN\portal等网络常用知识，能根据要求独立完成配置 5、熟悉TCP/IP网络和相关协议，熟练使用wireshark\tcpdump等工具进行网络抓包、分析、排障，性能跟踪处理的能力。 6、具备独自负责网络项目能力，善于沟通协作、项目进度把控、有文档沉淀能力 7、熟悉网络监控部署、日志服务器部署包括但不限于Prometheus、zabbix、grafana、nagios 等 8.熟悉IT桌面、IT资产管理、弱电相关工作，有较强的服务意识。 9.了解shell\python至少一门脚本语言,有较强的自学钻研能力。 10.有CCNP/HCNP或同等以上证书优先。
工作职责
1、负责公司总部/各分公司办公网络运维、快速排障及提升方案。 2、负责公司IT业务系统服务器运维，日常监控，故障排错。 3、监控网络及服务器性能、解决网络故障、保证网络稳定性、配置和更新网络设备。 4、协助各部门IT业务的开展和实施。
