工作职责
1、负责公司生态用工管理系统的后端开发，设计并实现高效、稳定、可扩展的Java服务。 2、参与系统架构设计，优化性能，保证服务的高可用性和容错性。 3、与前端团队协作，完成API接口开发，确保数据交互的准确性和安全性。 4、参与需求分析和代码评审，提出优化建议，提升系统质量和开发效率。 5、持续学习和引入新的技术，推动技术栈的升级和团队的技术进步。
