1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业，有2年以上Java开发经验，大型互联网企业背景优先。 2、精通Java编程，熟悉Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流开发框架，有微服务开发经验者优先。 3、熟悉分布式系统设计，了解常见中间件如Redis、MQ等，具备数据库设计和优化能力。 4、具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作，推动项目进展。 5、有持续学习和自我驱动的精神，对开源框架有深入研究，对技术有热情，愿意接受挑战。
工作职责
1、负责AliExpress泛导购核心业务的Java开发工作，参与系统设计和架构优化，解决复杂的技术问题。 2、与团队成员紧密合作，进行代码审查，保证代码质量，推动技术分享和团队技术能力提升。 3、参与需求分析和系统设计，提出合理的技术解决方案，确保项目按时交付。 4、感受跨境业务特点，参与从B端到C端的“招选搭投”体系的完整技术链路设计。 5、关注技术前沿，引入新的开发工具和框架，持续改进开发流程和效率。
