工作职责


1. 负责天猫国际大促或重点营销活动的产品整体规划、设计与落地,通过营销能力的建设不断提升商家和平台的经营能力。
2、支持大促或重点场域的营销诉求,根据不同业务及行业特性,输出合理的解决方案,抽象、扩展、落地营销能力;
3、从营销对商家/内部运营价值的角度,规划和设计合理的营销模式,实现与商家的共赢;抽象多样业务场景,合理设计复杂流程,提升活动组织的运营效率 ;
4、能快速推进,能够跨部门紧密协同、沟通和处理问题,有一定的抗压能力,重要的事情快速落地。
