2、3年以上数据分析经验，有搜索、推荐或广告系统经验者优先。
3、熟练掌握SQL、Python或R等数据处理工具，具备数据建模和机器学习基础。
4、具备良好的业务理解能力，能够将复杂数据转化为可操作的业务洞察。
5、优秀的沟通和团队协作能力，能够与跨职能团队有效合作。
