工作职责
1、负责Lazada平台核心业务系统的Java开发工作，确保系统的稳定性和高性能。 2、参与系统设计和重构，优化代码质量，提升系统可扩展性和可维护性。 3、与团队协作，解决复杂技术问题，推动技术方案的落地实施。 4、参与需求分析和评审，提供技术建议，确保项目按期高质量交付。 1、Responsible for Java development of core business systems on the Lazada platform, ensuring system stability and high performance. 2、Participate in system design and refactoring, improve code quality, and enhance system scalability and maintainability. 3、Collaborate with the team to solve complex technical issues and drive the implementation of technical solutions. 4、Participate in requirement analysis and reviews, providing technical suggestions to ensure high-quality project deliveries on schedule.

1、负责集团后台系统的架构设计及编码实现； 2、负责平台相关项目的系统分析、设计，并主导完成详细设计和编码的任务，确保项目的进度和质量； 3、理解业务，识别需求，参与架构、系统、分析设计等多领域项目的相关技术的实践、应用和研发； 4、能够持续关注和学习相关领域的新技术，在技术积累和创新上具有优先的经验和成果； 5、对相关岗位的研发工作支持（如代码审查，难点攻克等）。
