任职要求
1. 3年以上Java开发经验,有扎实的Java基础(熟悉io、多线程、集合等基础框架,熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制); 2. 熟悉JVM基础知识,具有一定的调优经验和内存、线程相关问题排查经验; 3. 深刻理解企业应用设计模式,有大型分布式,高并发,高负载,高可用性系统设计开发经验; 4. 对复杂的服务端系统有构架、经验优化经验,具有良好的团队合作能力、沟通能力、抗压能力; 5. 对阿里巴巴全链路产品、技术中间件熟悉的开发经验者优先; 6. 有Agent研发、Agent测评、AI Infra相关开发经验者优先;
工作职责
1. 参与AI Agent/AIGC与1688 用户/商家/商品业务 的深度融合; 2. 参与AI创新技术能力探索落地。如LLM搜索引擎、Autoagent工程架构 3. 参与1688的AI基础设施建设。包括不限于:AI Infra、Agent研发平台、AIGC规模生产等;
