任职要求 1、3 年以上全栈、后端、平台型产品或复杂应用系统研发经验，能够独立负责关键模块设计、落地和线上问题定位； 2、熟练使用 TypeScript、Node.js，以及 React/Next.js、NestJS 或同类技术，具备从产品交互到服务端和数据层的端到端研发能力； 3、对状态管理、异步并发、事务、消息、缓存和网络可靠性有深入理解，能够处理事件乱序、任务取消、服务重启、重复执行和失败恢复等问题； 4、对 Agent 架构有较深入、系统的理解，熟悉上下文工程、任务规划、工具调用、长期记忆、知识库检索与 RAG、多 Agent 协作、人工介入和结果评估，能够分析不同方案的适用边界、失败模式和工程取舍； 5、有复杂平台型应用的开发和架构演进经验，具备领域抽象、模块化、扩展机制、权限与多租户、稳定性…
