任职要求 1. 精通 SQL，熟悉至少一种数仓引擎（Hive / Spark / Doris / ClickHouse / MaxCompute）：理解维度建模、数据分层（ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS）、指标体系设计方法论； 2. 熟悉元数据管理工具（DataHub / Atlas / Amundsen / OpenMetadata）：理解技术元数据、业务元数据、操作元数据的差异与联动； 3. 熟练使用 Python，能独立开发知识抽取/清洗/融合脚本：了解 Java / Scala 优先； 4. 掌握本体建模（OWL / RDF / RDFS）、知识图谱 Schema 设计：能将业务概念抽象为可复用的语义资产（实体、关系、属性、约束）； 5.
