1.4年或以上行业工作经验,熟悉东南亚市场电商行业, 行业经验优先,有较强的用户洞察和竞对观察能力;具备用户视角,品类规划、商品运营能力;
2.有较好的数据分析和沟通能力,具备数据驱动的决策能力,能够从数据中洞察业务问题并提出解决方案
3.跨团队协同能力强,强适应及学习能力,能与不同中台团队高效协同合作,有效整合内外部资源,目标导向,强执行力和推动力,乐观皮实

工作职责


1.深入了解新加坡&泰国的电商平台行业动态,分析市场趋势、竞品动向、市场需求及消费者偏好;
2.具备消费者视角,以本地用户画像切入,对多元消费群体有深入理解,以及趋势预判和文化节点的把握,结合站内优势供给,将类目供给结合营销完成平台的各类大促及营销活动,为核心指标负责;
3.基于本地化优势供给进行选品组织,对重点行业频道进行优化迭代,提升频道活跃度、点击率、转化率和整体交易效率;
4.熟悉淘宝核心类目供给结构、头部品牌矩阵、行业爆款,建立"淘宝优势供给与本地市场需求"的映射关系

1. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the e-commerce platform industry dynamics in Singapore and Thailand; analyze market trends, competitor movements, market demand, and consumer preferences.
2.Adopt a consumer-centric perspective, leveraging local user personas to deeply understand diverse consumer groups; demonstrate trend foresight and grasp of cultural milestones. Integrate on-platform category supply with marketing initiatives to execute mega-sales and marketing campaigns, and take ownership of core metrics.
3.Curate product assortments based on localized supply advantages; continuously optimize and iterate key industry channels to enhance channel engagement, click-through rate, conversion rate, and overall transaction efficiency.
4. Demonstrate familiarity with Taobao's core category supply structure, leading brand matrices, and industry bestsellers; build a clear mapping between Taobao's supply advantages and local market demand.
