任职要求 基础能力： 1. 计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，3 -5年以上搜推引擎或相关领域的工作经验，有主导过核心模块架构设计的经历。 2. 扎实的编程功底，精通 Java/C++/Python 中至少一门语言，熟悉数据结构与算法，具备良好的工程实践习惯；熟悉引擎的基本原理，对倒排索引、向量检索、相关性计算等有实际理解和动手经验。 3. 深入理解搜索全链路（Query 理解 → 召回 → 排序 → 展示），能在多个环节独立制定技术方案并推动落地。 4. 在以下至少一个方向有深入实践：NLP 技术应用、排序模型（Learning to Rank / 深度学习排序）、向量检索与语义搜索、大规模索引构建与优化、搜索引擎性能调优。 5. 具备系统架构设计能力，能处理高并发、低延迟的分布式系统挑战，有千万级 Q…
