任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能或相关专业，3年以上研发或算法工程经验。 2. 熟悉大语言模型基本原理与工程实践，理解并实践过 Harness Engineering 关键机制，能独立完成从模型到应用的落地。 3. 有 Agent 系统的实际动手经验，理解 ReAct / Plan-Act / 多 Agent 协作等范式，做过至少一个跑通闭环的 Agent 项目（不限于研发领域）。 4. 熟悉主流 Agent 框架与生态，了解主流代码大模型（Claude、GPT、Qwen、Deepseek 等）的能力边界与适用场景。 5. 代码功底扎实，熟悉至少一门主流语言（Python / TypeScript / Go / Java 等），能独立产出…
