工作描述
任职要求
1. 具备 EDA/芯片设计系统性认知，在 RTL 设计/仿真/综合/STA/PnR/DFT 中至少一个环节能做出准确的对错裁定。
2. 有团队管理或专家协作经验，能带 5~10 人规模的领域数据交付。
3. 有 AI/模型背景，能读懂模型 benchmark、定位能力短板并反推数据需求。
4. 熟悉工具链（DC/Genus/ICC2 或其开源对标 Yosys/OpenROAD 等）与 CLI 工作方式，能独立搭 Verilator/cocotb 类可验证环境。
5. 熟悉 Verilog + SDC，能读得懂波形、时序报告与综合日志。
6. Taxonomy 与 instance 设计能力，能独立完成从领域拆解到 instance 模板的完整链路。
