Lead and Collaborate
● High Performance Team Building: Recruit, develop, and empower our future Retail top talents, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and results-driven execution.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with platform, marketing, and operations teams to align category strategies with overall business objectives and drive your category's success.
● Supplier Relationship Management: Conduct regular supplier performance reviews, addressing any issues promptly to maintain strong relationships and ensure the best outcomes for your category.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with local and regional teammates and stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment and drive your category's performance.
● Thought Leadership: Act as a thought partner, engaging with teams to explore and capitalize on new opportunities, driving innovation and growth within your category.

Job Requirement
● Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Category Management, Product Management, Distribution or Commercial related position, with a strong background in EL Retail.
● Direct experience in Beauty and Groceries category is essential; prior work with leading brands is a significant advantage.
● At least 3 years of managerial experience leading a team of buyers as a Category Leader.
