- 有搜推、电商策略、多模态搜索、对话式搜索或 Agent 产品经验之一；有电商 / B2B 搜推经验优先。
- 数据意识强，能用日志、漏斗、实验和bench驱动产品迭代。

- 负责 AI 搜索与 Proactive Sourcing，让 AI 接住传统搜索无法表达和处理的复杂采购需求，推动买家 Agent 和商家 Agent 共同完成采购任务。 - 设计“万能搜”能力：多模态输入、品商索引理解、结构化需求解析、比较决策形态和下一步动作推荐。 - 设计对话框体验和 Agent 决策逻辑：什么时候追问、什么时候给结论、什么时候调用工具、什么时候进入撮合或询盘，让不同意图下的结果一致、可信、可解释。 - 建立搜索与 Agent 评测体系，包括满足率、winrate、泛转化、任务完成率、失败归因和 AB 实验。 - 从用户和 GTM 视角推进落地：能把功能价值讲给买家、商家、运营和前线团队，设计冷启动、教育、转化和规模化路径。
· Supplier development and management toward driving P&L growth in Hardlines categories. · Identify business optimization opportunities and drive sourcing excellence leveraging global industry knowledge, vendor negotiation, resourcing and cost benchmarking within the consumables sector. · Partner with Category Business Managers, Supply Chain, Quality, and other stakeholder teams to develop sourcing and fulfillment strategies across multiple consumable categories and launch products globally. · Drive for continual improvement and innovation across our sourcing activities, including vendor management, cost engineering, portfolio optimization, value optimization etc. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and processes and elevate operation efficiency for vendors and sourcing team. · Write professional business documents for business updates and drive strategic initiatives for stakeholders’ alignment.
Context Interacts and builds a cross sector network with relevant stakeholders in ASML. Leads one or more smaller to medium accounts and/or Sub Categories involving relevant QTCS stakeholders; chairs the SAT (Supplier Account Team) on accounts with medium QLTCS complexity (as applicable), OR: Is part of an account team on a complex account (as applicable). Interacts at tactical-strategic level with suppliers. Operates in predictable environment, manages solution focused change.
- Act as resident expert in an assigned commodity - Collaborate with Worldwide Team to plan manufacturing capacity, prepare supply chain for new product ramps, lead timely actions to resolve supply issues and provide accurate risk assessments and supply projections - Manage forecast and supply, ensure supply chain flexibility to minimize risks - Manage and develop suppliers to maintain industry leading quality, delivery and cost - Develop and maintain professional and productive business partnership with suppliers - Work with Apple cross-functional teams and supply chain to achieve business goals and objectives - Spot improvement opportunities in supply chain and work to execute key initiatives and strategies - Participate in supplier evaluation and selection
