任职要求 任职要求 1. 具备算法与数据双栈能力：精通 Python，熟悉 SQL/Shell；具备统计分析、机器学习或深度学习基础，掌握问题归因、实验设计及效果评估方法，能够将数据分析与算法建模结果转化为可执行策略。 2. 数据工程基础扎实：熟悉 Spark/Flink/MaxCompute/Hadoop 等至少一种主流大数据平台，具备 ETL、数据建模、指标体系或数据 Pipeline 建设经验，能够处理多源数据整合、口径一致性及计算效率问题。 3. 多模态后训练数据能力：理解大模型的基本原理与数据需求，熟悉图像、视频、音频等至少一种模态的后训练数据特点；具有任务构造、样本生成、标注或质量验证相关实践，能够结合模型评测反馈优化数据标准与生产方法。有多模态 RL 数据生产及自动化验证经验者优先。 4. 数据质量与管理：熟悉元数据、数据标准、质量评估、版本管理…
