工作描述
任职要求 1、计算机科学、人工智能、数学、统计学或相关专业硕士及以上学历，博士优先； 2、精通 Python/Java/C++ 中至少一门编程语言，具备扎实的算法基础与工程实现能力； 3、深入理解机器学习、深度学习基础理论，熟悉Transformer、LLM、Agent、RAG、SFT/DPO等关键技术； 4、具备优秀的系统思维与复杂问题拆解能力，能将业务风险抽象为可计算、可优化的技术问题； 5、在以下任一方向有深入研究或实践经验者优先： ·大模型应用（如智能体、Prompt Engineering、模型对齐、知识注入） ·知识图谱与符号-神经融合推理 ·内容安全、商品治理、AIGC合规、反欺诈、黑产对抗 ·强化学习、多智能体协作、人机协同决策 6、在国际顶级会议（…
