工作描述
任职要求 1. 专业背景扎实，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、模式识别、统计学等相关专业； 2. 具备扎实的算法功底，熟练掌握机器学习/深度学习算法基础，在顶级会议/期刊发表过相关论文； 3. 掌握 LLM 技术能力，熟悉 LLM 主流算法原理，在 Fine-tuning、Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agentic 应用开发等一个或多个方向有实践经验； 4. 对 AI 有极客般的探索与实战精神：对大模型、AI Agent 技术有浓厚兴趣，能熟练使用 AI 编程工具，有过大模型微调，或 Agent 应用开发，上下文工程等相关开发经验优先； 5. 有强烈技术热情和好奇心，自驱力和学习力强；具备良好的分析与解决问题的能力、沟通以及团队合作能力；喜欢挑战性的技术研发工作，善于攻坚克难，有创新热情，积极乐观，坚韧…
