阿里巴巴社群运营实习生-英国

工作内容： 1、负责游戏社群的建立、运营、维护和优化及企微用户运营相关工作（包括但不限于内容运营、活动运营、用户维系）； 2、推动社群产品功能建设与优化，包括裂变工具、内容运营sop，社群管理机制等； 3、通过跨部门协作，根据游戏类目共同输出多样的运营策略，并落实企微侧相关运营动作及效果，对运营结果负责； 4、具备数据分析能力，能够通过用户行为数据、社群运营数据发现问题、评估效果并驱动策略优化。

此职位隶属于【站酷 www.zcool.com.cn】 我们正在寻找一位既懂设计、又懂AI的课程运营实习生。您将深度融入全球AI设计前沿，负责构建、激活并服务我们平台上的核心设计师与AI创作者群体。 岗位职责： 1.协助通过文章、社群、朋友圈等内容营销方式，展示课程价值与活动，吸引潜在用户。 2.负责课程用户社群的日常运营，包括社群搭建、内容发布、活动策划与用户互动，提升社群活跃度。 3.协助运用试听课、课程大纲与学员案例展示课程优势，引导用户完成购买。 4.协助完成与课程讲师的协调及费用结算等教务工作。 5.协助课程上架、资源位配置等运营支持工作。

- Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Instagram, WhatsApp communities and so on — keeping them active, relevant, and valuable for members - Create and publish engaging content/activities tailored to university students and startup founders who are active and passionate about AI — think tips on AI driven global sourcing, how AI help the users create start-ups, E-commerce platform how-tos leveraging AI tools, and user case success stories - Build and nurture communities from the ground up: recruit members, moderate discussions, run AMAs, polls, challenges, and campaigns - Identify and engage key voices — student society leaders, startup founders, campus ambassadors — to organically grow community reach - Monitor community health and engagement metrics and share regular performance updates with actionable insights - Collaborate with the broader team on campaigns, product launches, and events targeting the student and startup segments - Stay on top of trends in community building, creator culture, and student/startup ecosystems in the UK and Europe
