任职要求 1. 教育背景：计算机科学、人工智能、运筹学、数据科学等相关专业，博士/硕士及以上学历，熟悉推荐系统、运筹优化、强化学习、大模型应用等理论。 2. 扎实的工程与算法基础：精通Python/C++，熟练掌握PyTorch、TensorFlow等深度学习框架；有大模型（LLM/VLM）应用、Agent系统开发、强化学习（RL/MARL）、推荐系统、生成式AI等相关领域经验；有顶会论文或大型项目落地经验者优先。 3. 出色的研究能力：参与或主导过有代表性的技术开源项目或科研项目，或发表过顶级大模型/Agent相关领域论文，如ICML、NeurIPS、ICLR、KDD、WWW、ACL等高质量论文。 4. 快速学习与创新能力：对技术有强烈的好奇心，能快速跟踪国际前沿研究，主动掌握新工具与新范式；具备创新突破和不断探索在模糊中找路径的韧性以及独立…
