任职要求 【必备要求】 ● 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、人工智能及电子信息等相关专业优先。 ● 工程基础扎实，学习能力强，对新事物抱有好奇心，并能快速适应新环境；具备良好的沟通、团队协同能力。 ● 熟悉主流的编程思想、数据结构和算法；至少精通一门主流语言（Python/Node.js/TypeScript 等），具备扎实的工程实现能力。 ● 熟悉 AI Agent 研发的核心场景，以下至少一项：熟悉主流 LLM 集成与应用范式、掌握 Prompt 工程化、有 Agent 编排 / 任务规划 / 工具调用（Function Calling / MCP）开发经验、熟悉 RAG 检索增强、熟悉 Agent 记忆与上下文管理。 ● 熟练掌握以下 Agent 细分领域知识（至少一项）：多 Agent 协作、Agent 效果评测与回归、推理链路优化（成本 / …
