任职要求 本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学、GIS、运筹学、数据科学等相关专业优先； 扎实的 Python/SQL 功底，熟悉 Pandas、Scikit-learn 等数据分析与建模工具； 熟悉至少一种树模型框架（XGBoost/LightGBM/CatBoost），有表格数据建模经验者优先； 了解 NLP 基础方法（分词、词向量、预训练模型等），有大模型应用经验者优先； 有大数据处理经验（Spark/Hive/MaxCompute）者优先，GIS 或时空数据背景者优先； 具备良好的业务理解力与沟通能力，能把模糊的业务问题转化为清晰的数据问题； 每周实习 4 天以上，实习期 3 个月以上，可长期实…
