Team and Role Introduction The Assortment, Content & Ads Governance Team (ACAG team) is part of the Lazada’s Risk and Security, and it is charged with the mission of developing a comprehensive strategy for Lazada with regards to assortment, so as to foster a healthy and safe e-commerce environment for our users. 团队与职位介绍 商品分类、内容及广告治理团队(ACAG团队)隶属于Lazada风险与安全部门,其使命是为Lazada制定全面的商品分类战略,从而为用户营造健康、安全的电商环境。 The role is responsible for developing and implementing proactive strategies and operational processes to protect users from Assortment and Content related risks (Prohibited and Controlled Goods, IP infringement products, hate speech etc). You will have access to analytical tools to develop and implement strategies and solutions using data driven methodologies to mitigate the risks associated with platform assortment and content. 该职位负责制定并实施主动策略及运营流程,保护用户免受商品分类及内容相关风险的影响(包括违禁和管制商品、知识产权侵权产品、仇恨言论等)。您将运用数据分析工具,通过数据驱动的方法开发策略和解决方案,以降低平台商品分类及内容相关的风险。 Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the eCommerce customer and seller journey, including registration and onboarding, product listing, order placement, payment, user interactions, returns and refunds, user reports and feedback, etc. Develop subject matter expertise on eCommerce platform operation and governance, where rules, strategies, and enforcements are effectively established to ensure users are compliant with platform policies. Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance platform policies and operational mechanisms, fostering a collaborative environment to support ongoing strategy refinement. Work with large data sets to analyze patterns, trends, and modus operandi of platform operation and governance issues (as well as merchants who perpetrate these issues). Make data-driven recommendations on prioritization of controls for platform governance and product compliance. Collaborate with PD, Tech, and Algo counterparts to build machine learning models and rules to detect assortment and user related operation and governance issues on the platform. Operate the risk engine, including the creation and continuous evaluation of rules to prevent and detect platform operation and governance issues. 负责平台内容风险治理体系建设,全面保障平台生产及用户生产的内容不出现违反法律法规等底线、合规风险,对商品域、交互域、音视频等不同形态的平台内容安全合规风险制定个性化解决方案: 1、日常管控策略:建立内容安全合规风控策略,完成日常商品、交互、音视频的风险管控及治理,利用数据化运营思维,深入业务数据分析,挖掘风险特征进行有效策略迭代更新 2、行业个性化方案:能依据广告法、电商法等常用法规,归纳总结平台内容的风险类型,并能结合不同行业特征、监管要求,为行业设计适合其商业场景的内容合规治理方案 3、项目管理与机制设计:能与行业、法务、GA、产品、数据、技术等团队协作,能完成平台内容安全合规风险治理项目的主导导与跟进,并推动智能化和数据驱动 4、与用户、商家、物流部门,政府部门建立对接,共同提升平台洁净度,促良性发展
1. 负责阿里巴巴国际站知产合规象限的规则管理:结合世界各国监管部门以及相关方对电商平台合规象限的要求例如知识产权保护要求、行业标准、执法动态,制定相关行业的商家准入规则、商品管控规则,确保在阿里巴巴国际站上展示或销售的商品符合世界各国法规/权利人要求; 2. 负责阿里巴巴国际站知识产权的平台治理:通过行业调研、运营宣导、违规处置等多种方式,引导阿里巴巴国际站的商家遵从知产保护的要求(包括但不限于:发品规范、产品标签、交易等合规要求),从而监督平台商家的执行情况,结合业务实际,分析平台知识产权相关风险,提出应对建议并优化完善对应的知识产权风险治理规则及体系,制定标准化的风险应对规则,提升平台合规的水位线; 3. 负责阿里巴巴国际站知识产权的应急处理:善于调动及协调公司内外部各方资源,与重点国家相关监管部门、行业协会、品牌方、第三方服务机构建立有效的沟通协作机制,有效解决各方关注的知识产权问题,有效解决平台商家由于合规处置引发的舆情事件,保障平台安全、合规、平稳经营; 4. 负责阿里巴巴国际站知识产权平台合规相关的落地方案设计:具备敏锐的商业思维和产品思维,熟悉跨境电商平台的商业模式、产品功能、业务流程,及时跟踪同行在商品合规方面的动态,取长补短,改进阿里巴巴国际站的商品合规流程和落地策略,将风险管控融入到商业设计中。
1. 负责阿里国际电商平台速卖通日本区域风险管理 2. 从平台视角,对各种业务场景进行评估,制定全链路合规治理思路,包括但不限于风控产品优化、策略主动/被动防控、负向投诉闭环等,平衡体验与安全,确保平台全球范围内符合合规要求; 3.以法律法规为基础,对合规体系进行建设,并确保有效落实; 4.对电商供应链进行商品合规管理,确保供应体系中商品合规; 5.和各监管部门进行有效沟通,避免合规监管风险; 6.良好的项目管理能力,整合产研资源,协同上下游各职能团队,推动重要风控项目落地实施,实现风险控制和商业价值的完美平衡。 1.Responsible for the Japan market compliance and risk management of AliExpress, Alibaba's global e-commerce platform; 2.From the platform perspective, evaluate various business scenarios, formulate full-chain compliance governance ideas, including but not limited to risk control product optimization, proactive/passive defense strategies, negative complaint closed-loop, etc., balance experience and security, and ensure compliance requirements are met globally on the platform; 3.Based on laws and regulations, construct a compliance system and ensure effective implementation; 4.Manage product compliance in the e-commerce supply chain to ensure compliance of products in the supply system; 5.Communicate effectively with regulatory authorities to avoid compliance and regulatory risks; 6.Good project management skills, integrate production and research resources, collaborate with upstream and downstream functional teams, promote the implementation of important risk control projects, and achieve a perfect balance between risk control and business value.
