任职要求

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备3-6年相关工作经验。
2、精通至少一种主流编程语言，有大型分布式系统架构经验者优先。
3、熟悉微服务架构，有业务架构、基础架构、架构治理相关经验优先。
4、具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，能够有效推动跨团队合作。
5、有强烈的责任心和自我驱动力，善于学习和解决问题。

1、Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 3-6 years of relevant work experience.
2、Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language, with experience in large-scale distributed system architecture preferred.
3、Familiar with microservices architecture and experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (such as Alibaba Cloud).
4、Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, capable of facilitating cross-team collaboration effectively.
5、Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with a keen ability to learn and solve problems.

工作职责

1、负责核心系统的架构设计与优化，确保系统的高可用性、可扩展性和安全性。
2、参与业务需求分析，为复杂问题提供技术解决方案，推动项目落地。
3、指导和协助开发团队进行技术选型，提升团队整体技术水平。
4、制定技术标准和规范，推动技术文档的编写和分享，促进技术知识的传承。
5、关注行业技术动态，引入前沿技术，持续改进现有架构。

1、Responsible for designing and optimizing core system architectures to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
2、Participate in business requirement analysis, providing technical solutions for complex issues and driving project implementation.
3、Guide and assist the development team in technology selection, enhancing the overall technical capabilities of the team.
4、Establish technical standards and guidelines, promote the creation and sharing of technical documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
5、Stay updated with industry technology trends, introduce cutting-edge technologies, and continuously improve existing architectures.
