任职要求
Education & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or related field; Master’s (MBA, MS) preferred.
● 7–10+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, performance management, or analytics, with at least 3+ years in a middle management role.
● Proven success leading cross-functional BI projects and delivering impactful results in a fast-paced environment.

Skillset:
● Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, Python, R).
● Strong proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and data visualization.
● Solid knowledge of e-logistics industry and market practices.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
● Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude.
● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret large dataset and draw meaningful conclusions.
● Strong project management skills. Adaptability in multi cultures environment. Ability to play as both individual and team contributor.
