任职要求
1. 本科以上计算机相关专业，两年以上前端开发经验 2. 熟悉 Web 前端技术，精通React框架，精通至少一种状态管理库，有复杂应用开发经验； 3. 至少熟悉一门非前端的语言（如NodeJS/Java/PHP/C/C++/Python/Ruby等），并有实践经验 4. 熟悉前端工程化与模块化开发，并有实践经验（如gulp/webpack、VueJS/React、ide研发等） 5. 熟练使用Cursor等AICode工具的使用经验，对AI技术原理有深入了解； 5. 持续关注业界的新话题和新技术，热爱前端技术，个性乐观开朗，逻辑性强、善于总结及和各种背景的人沟通合作，对所负责开发的产品有强烈的主人翁意识；
工作职责
1. 负责 Alibaba.com 商家域前端开发工作，与PD、UED、Java 工程师协作，完成设计交互实现、数据交互、动态信息展现； 2. 关注用户体验，与合作方一起不断改进产品的易用性； 3. 结合业务特点创新应用前端及AI技术解决前端团队开发过程中面临的各类问题，提升整个前端团队开发效能； 4. 研究和探索创新的开发思路和新的前端技术。
