任职要求
1、丰富的前端工作经验，至少参加过一个完整中型前端项目/技术产品开发； 2、熟悉 W3C 规范，熟悉 HTML5、CSS3、 ECMA 等前端开发技术； 3、熟悉 React/Vue 等类似 MV* 框架实践经验，具备独立项目开发能力； 4、熟悉前端性能的优化，熟悉使用 Chrome/Safari 等前端调试工具； 5、了解 Node.js 技术及生态，熟练使用 npm/webpack/gulp 等工具链，有前端工程化相关经验优先； 6、有 ReactNative、微信小程序、互动游戏等开发经验优先； 7、关注前端技术发展，乐于学习分享，良好的沟通心态。
工作职责
1、负责闲鱼营销互动和微信小程序等产品功能研发及相关产品平台的支持； 2、依据产品需求完成高质量的前端页面应用研发，包括但不限于PC Web、NodeJs等运行环境； 3、关注用户体验，不断提升消费者电商功能使用体验，持续性能优化，实现极致效果； 4、关注工程效率，在理解研发流程的基础上，能够通过升级工程框架、优化构建方案等手段提升前端工程研发效率；
