任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,5年以上互联网产品或用户运营工作经验,有知名公司C端综合运营经验或出行相关行业经验者优先。
2、加分项:有售前解决方案/产品经理相关岗位经验,有开放平台/聚合平台等相关工作经验。

1、识别特定流量场景的业务特性,挖掘新的出行场景合作模式,推陈出新,帮助业务获取增量流量。 2、理解外部合作伙伴的用户需求,组合我侧的开放能力包装输出相关产品与服务,推动合作伙伴接入并持续跟进迭代。 3、与渠道协同,承接相关的产品升级需求,推动产品改造,并跟踪方案上线后的数据情况,持续优化,推动业务目标达成,对结果负责。 4、洞察竞品在特定场景的差异化产品&运营策略,提供领先有效的建议和方案,并组织落地实施。 5、跨部门协同合作(产品、BI、商务、技术等),协调资源快速推动项目落地。

1. 负责哈啰聚合网约车开放平台运营工作,经营导向、为有毛利的规模服务 2. 结合业务目标制定不同渠道的差异化策略,动态输出品类定价和履约策略 3. 对接及拓展流量合作渠道、维护合作关系,进行日常数据分析、监控及分析优化

1、负责打车开平渠道和三方运力产品功能的对接; 2、负责开平订单转化效率,根据不同渠道订单各节点转化链路,制定不同的交易策略及车主管控策略; 3、负责开平流量获取,通过价格监控优化接口报价,实现城市差异化定价。
- 负责公司内部信息化系统后台的设计与开发,涵盖自研系统、外采系统及低代码平台应用的二次开发; - 参与产品需求讨论、架构设计及后期优化;协助职能部门梳理业务流程,提升工作效率; - 理解业务需求,转化为高效后端解决方案,独立完成任务细分、工作量评估,按时保质交付; - 建立内部系统接口体系,实现数据流转与集成,撰写并维护技术文档; - 参与制定研发流程规范,助力团队提升系统质量; - 遵循后端开发最佳实践,保障代码质量与可维护性;探索新后端技术与工具,提升开发效率与用户体验。

Solution Selling: Articulate the value of our API’s features (e.g., geocoding, routing, real-time data) through tailored demos, proposals, and ROI analysis. 4. Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closing—while consistently exceeding quarterly revenue targets. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and align strategies. 6. Market Insights: Monitor competitive trends, industry developments, and customer pain points to refine sales approaches. 7. Account Management: Ensure client success and renewals by addressing post-sale needs and identifying upsell opportunities.
