1、1-3年开发经验，本科及以上计算机或相关专业学历 2、精通Java，熟练掌握Java JDK基础知识，熟练掌握IO、多线程、集合等基础库，对JVM有较深的了解； 3、熟练使用Linux命令； 4、熟练运用Spring Boot，SpringMVC、Mybatis，dubbo等框架，精通spring架构； 5、熟练掌握SQL语句，熟练使用关系型数据库MySQL，并对sql优化有一定了解，熟悉NoSQL数据库（MongoDB、Redis、memcache）； 6、熟悉分布式系统常见问题及生产问题排查方法论； 7、拥有独立负责项目或项目架构经验、从事过大型互联网项目等优先考虑
