任职要求
1.海外本科及以上学历,市场营销、国际商务、传播学等相关专业;
2. 3年以上外籍用户活动运营经验,优先具备美妆、消费电子或智能硬件行业经验(有海外美容科技产品运营经验者加分);
3. 英语能力精通(母语水平或双语),书面与口语表达优秀,能为欧美受众创作本地化活动内容;

1. 活动策划与落地:负责制定并落地外籍用户全流程 线下活动方案,包括各种用户体验活动(用户沙龙,共创聚会,小型展会、快闪试用),精准匹配欧美市场用户偏好; 2. 用户招募与维护:开拓和维护国内外目标用户招募与互动渠道(线上+线下),熟悉欧美时尚人群审美,社交习惯,能够设计符合目标人群习惯的用户裂变,激烈与自增长机制; 3.活动分析:追踪并分析活动关键数据(参与率、转化率、用户裂变率、社交媒体触达量),输出可落地的洞察报告,迭代优化活动策略; 4. 协同合作:与(市场部、产品部、设计部,新媒体部),对活动素材有高度敏感与营销思路,具备一定素拍摄与剪辑能力,确保活动与产品发布、推广目标及用户痛点高度契合。

1. 负责外籍用户招募,通过多渠道挖掘潜在用户,建立并维护用户资源池,确保用户招募数量与质量达标; 2. 主导线下测试与沙龙活动的全流程落地,包括活动策划、场地协调、物料准备、现场执行及活动后复盘总结,保障活动顺利开展; 3. 与外籍用户保持高效沟通,收集用户反馈与需求,整理成报告并同步给相关团队,助力产品优化与运营策略调整。 1. Responsible for the recruitment of foreign users, identify potential users through multiple channels, establish and maintain a user resource pool, and ensure that the quantity and quality of recruited users meet the standards; 2. Lead the full-process implementation of offline testing and salon activities, including activity planning, venue coordination, material preparation, on-site execution, and post-activity review and summary, to ensure the smooth development of activitie; 3. Maintain effective communication with foreign users, collect user feedback and needs, organize them into reports and share with relevant teams, so as to contribute to product optimization and the adjustment of operation strategies.

1、负责阿里国际相关岗位招聘计划的落实,并根据公司人力资源规划和相关规定,实施招聘计划; 2、负责部门高级人才的Sourcing,产出高质量的人才地图,进行人才储备,对于中高端人才的招聘有渠道资源及深入理解; 3、管理并推进招聘渠道创新,并不断使用新的理念和平台来探索新的招聘方法; 4、运营并完善人才库,管理招聘预算,达成招聘目标,提升招聘效率; 5、改进招聘流程和平台,提升效能,完成面试官培养等。
