任职要求 ● 3 年以上算法或策略落地经验，做过面向 B 端或内部运营的复杂业务问题，并对最终业务结果负责过 ● 能独立完成从业务问题拆解、方案设计、落地验证到效果回收的完整闭环，不需要别人给你完整的 PRD 才能开工 ● 至少一个算法方向有实战深度，预测、运筹优化、因果推断、机器学习任一皆可 ● 有用大模型做工具、Agent 或自动化工作流的实践经验，能讲清哪些环节适合交给模型、哪些必须留给人，以及为什么 ● 能用 AI 编码工具自主做出可用的界面或工具，不要求专业前端能力 ● 愿意定期到业务一线，能跟运营和运维人员聊到实话 加分项 ● 有共享…
