1. 3年以上开发经验; 2. 熟练掌握java或golang语言，熟练掌握IO、多线程|协程，Socket编程，集合等基础框架 3. 熟练掌握常用数据库的使用和特性，如MySql、Postgres等; 4. 熟悉常用的中间件，如Kafka/Redis/ZooKeeper/ETCD等，并了解其实现原理; 5. 良好的沟通经验和团队合作能力，优秀的文档编写能力，勤奋好学，热爱技术，能够承受较大压力; 6. 熟悉高并发，高性能的分布式系统的设计及开发等经验优先; 6. 熟悉K8S优先； 7. 有IM、云盘、音视频相关系统开发经验优先
