任职要求
1、统招本科以上学历，5年或以上工作经验，熟悉一种及以上编程语言(Java、C/C++、Go等)。 2、即时通信（IM）领域至少3年以上研发经验，主导过核心模块架构设计、代码编写、性能调优，完整主导过中等规模即时通信系统设计者优先。 3、对即时通信（IM）领域的开源软件和框架、商业化方案有深入的研究分析，能制定出最适合的技术方案。 4、熟练掌握IM领域的基础知识和技能，有很强的工程能力（基础知识掌握的能力）。 5、具有较强的业务抽象能力，擅长业务建模。
工作职责
1、负责公司IM基础设施的架构设计和研发，形成可对业务开放的标准化能力。 2、负责企业协同办公平台IM建设。 3、参与公司长连接网关、单聊、群聊、推送、RPC等服务的维护和优化升级，打造千亿级/日消息投递能力，服务上游业务。 4、完善IM系统监控指标设施建设，针对异常指标进行性能优化，提升IM 系统整体稳定性指标。
