任职资格 1.熟悉overlay等网络模型及常见的动态路由算法，如BGP、OSPF等 2.熟悉k8s常见的cni插件及其核心源代码，尤其是Calico及ebpf 3.熟练掌握Go、C/C++、Python等一种以上语言,熟悉常用的数据结构与算法 4.熟悉Linux系统、TCP/IP网络协议等计算机基础知识 5.有Linux内核协议栈、RDMA、DPDK及用户态协议栈等研发经验者优先 6.有Kubernetes/Docker项目经验的同学优先，熟悉源码和原理者加分 7.热爱技术，勤于钻研，有较强的逻辑思维能力，学习能力，思想上开放，主动积极有责任感，能够承担工作压力
