任职要求
1、计算机、运筹优化、数学或相关AI专业; 2、具备人工智能AI算法、数据结构算法设计和开发能力,了解自然语言处理、计算机视觉、推荐或运筹优化等相关算法; 3、具备良好的编程能力,掌握Python/Java/C++其中一种开发语言,掌握一种深度学习框架,如:TensorFlow、Caffe、PyTorch等; 4、具有良好的研究背景和成果,对算法研究兴趣浓厚,业务抽象能力强;具备创造性思维,能够将全新想法转化为工程应用;对研究工作充满热情,具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力; 5、在高水平国际会议和学术期刊发表过相关论文,或有高水平竞赛获奖经历优先。
工作职责
1、负责参与搜索推荐,运筹优化以及大模型相关的算法研究工作; 2、负责相关算法的研究与实现,包括但不限于搜索推荐、自然语言处理、计算机视觉、语音识别等; 3、研发业界领先的推荐和搜索技术,发表高水平的专利或论文,保护相关的核心算法和解决方案,提升在推荐系统和信息检索领域的业界影响力;将研究成果落地应用,解决推荐和搜索产品的实际问题,满足业务需求。
