工作描述
任职要求 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数学等相关专业，具备5年以上的软件开发经验，需要有大模型、机器学习、及智能应用的相关开发经验。 1、精通Agent开发框架，熟悉LangChain、AutoGen、LlamaIndex等Agent开发框架，能够基于这些框架进行业务应用的AI Agent产品开发及效果调优，能够完成端到端的开发交付。 2、熟悉计算机视觉原理知识，熟练使用CNN、Transformer等架构，掌握图像视频生成基础算法，包括但不限于GAN、VAE、Diffusion等。具备小模型/算法的开发、调优能力，能够针对业务要求进行数据训练和方案优化。 3、熟悉模型服务化与云原生部署，具备 Docker、Kubernetes、GPU 资源调度、模型推理服务、高并发接口设计等实践经验。能够结合业务规模和服务要求，优化服务架构、资源利用率、推理性能和运行成本 4、熟练掌握Python，具备良好的工程开发能力，熟悉 PyTorch…
