任职要求
1. 计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上大型分布式系统开发经验，5年以上架构设计经验。 2. 有金融、互联网或云计算行业背景，有主导过大型项目或核心产品架构设计的完整经历。 3. 精通Java语言、JVM原理、多线程、并发编程、网络IO，精通Spring Cloud等主流微服务框架及其核心原理。 4. 深刻理解缓存（Redis）、消息队列（RocketMQ/Kafka）、数据库分库分表等技术的应用和调优。 5. 具备AI项目落地经验、理解AI模型推理的常见问题、性能瓶颈和优化方法。 6. 具备优秀的逻辑分析、具备出色的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和领导力，能够跨团队推动技术方案落地。 7. 加分项：有大型语言模型（LLM）应用架构经验，熟悉LangChain等应用框架，或有过相关AIGC产品（如智能问答、知识库、代码生成等）的架构经验
工作职责
1. 负责核心业务系统的架构设计、技术选型、落地实施，主导设计高可用、高并发、高扩展性的分布式系统架构。 2. 深入理解业务需求，主导设计并能将AI高效、稳定地集成到生产系统的技术方案。 3. 解决系统开发和应用中的关键核心技术难题，持续进行系统性能优化、容量规划和成本控制。 4. 关注线上系统运行状态，保障金融级系统的稳定性和安全性。 5. 制定并推行技术规范和标准，提升团队整体技术水平和设计质量。 6. 跟踪并研究业界最新技术动态（特别是在AI工程化等领域），进行技术分享和引进，驱动技术创新。
