The Senior Solution Expert plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions within Siemens EA. This individual will be responsible for understanding the strategic objectives and operational challenges of the Data Center vertical, translating them into effective enterprise architecture solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of these solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of the vertical solution domain, strong architectural expertise, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Business Unit Alignment: o Act as a trusted advisor to the assigned vertical solution, understanding its strategic goals, business processes, and operational requirements. o Collaborate with BU leadership, product lifecycle management, vertical and other stakeholders to identify vertical pain points, opportunities, and future needs. o Translate business strategies and requirements into clear, actionable architectural roadmaps and solution designs. Solution Architecture & Design: o Lead the design and development of innovative and scalable enterprise architecture solutions that align with Siemens' overall principles and EA strategy. o Define architectural patterns, standards, and guidelines specific to the business needs, ensuring consistency and reusability. o Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendors to meet business requirements, considering factors like cost, security, performance, and maintainability. o Develop detailed solution architectures, including data models, integration patterns, and infrastructure requirements. Implementation & Governance: o Oversee the implementation of architectural solutions, working closely with vertical BD, project managers and external partners. o Ensure that solutions adhere to established architectural standards, security policies, and regulatory compliance. o Participate in architectural reviews and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle. o Contribute to the continuous improvement of EA processes, tools, and methodologies within Siemens. Stakeholder Management & Communication: o Effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and buy-in. o Build strong relationships with business leaders and other architects across Siemens. o Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive consensus. o Act as a subject matter expert for the EA BU's solution landscape. Innovation & Future Trends: o Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in enterprise architecture and the specific BU domain. o Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to enhance business capabilities and drive efficiency. o Contribute to the Siemens EA community by sharing knowledge, insights, and lessons learned. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution architectures, design decisions, and technical specifications. o Contribute to the organization's knowledge base and promote knowledge sharing across teams.

基础设施运维与监控： 主导数据中心配电系统（UPS、PDU、电池组、列头柜等）、精密空调系统及环境监控系统的日常巡检、例行维护与实时监控，确保设施稳定运行； 预防性维护计划制定与执行： 制定并执行年度/季度预防性维护（PM）计划，协调第三方服务商完成设备带载测试、UPS电池巡检、空调滤网更换等专业维护与保养工作； 故障诊断与应急响应： 作为一线或二线支持，快速诊断并处理基础设施相关故障与突发事件，按既定应急操作程序（EOP）和故障处理流程（MOP）闭环处置； 变更管理与项目实施： 主导或协助基础设施相关变更操作，审核并执行标准操作程序（SOP）和施工方案，确保变更过程安全可控；同时参与数据中心扩容、升级或改造项目，提供技术建议并监督现场实施； 能效与容量管理： 监控数据中心PUE等能效指标，提出并推动节能优化方案落地；跟踪电力、制冷容量使用情况，协助完成容量规划与报告； 安全合规与文档维护： 严格执行数据中心物理安全、电气安全及各项运维管理制度，维护并更新基础设施图纸、技术文档、运维手册及应急流程，确保所有操作符合行业标准与内部审计要求。

1.围绕阿里超大规模IDC数据中心，制定体系化和标准化的基础设施（设施、IT、资产、安全）运营管理标准与流程，探索数字化、自动化、智能化的先进运维管理技术； 2.负责数据中心现场事件、问题、变更、风险、维护、人员管理等运营管理标准执行和指标达成，联通内外部沟通协作，优化资源利用，以业务为导向，满足客户SLA要求，确保数据中心安全、稳定、高效运行； 3.参与阿里超大规模IDC数据中心基础设施（能源、建筑、电力、暖通、监控、网络、服务器等设备）的技术研发、规划定位、方案设计、建设交付等工作； 4.跟踪技术趋势和发展，参与制定并发展适合阿里应用体系的数据中心架构体系，提供建议以不断提升阿里IDC竞争力。

1.负责公司国内、海外数据中心项目建设管理工作，协助相关团队制订数据中心规划、选址、建设、运营计划、标准、管理规范； 2.能够与相关团队协作，共同制订 自建/合建租赁 项目的招采技术文件，对项目建设期间的安全、质量、进度负责；协调公司内外资源，推动项目按计划交付转维； 3.能够快速熟悉部门各类线上化平台的流程及使用说明，并利用线上化管理平台开展相应工作； 4.能够将自己在行业内的知识经验助力于后续的项目建设管理工作，并为团队输出有价值的文档、方案； 5.具有良好的沟通交流能力、方案计划制订及编写能力，能够准确理解公司内业务团队 及 外部合作方的需求，能够协调组织好各团队成员的角色分工与良好合作；具有较强的抗压能力，能持续在重压下，承担行业领先的项目管理及建设交付工作。
