1.五年以上Java开发经验,精通主流的技术框架; 2.熟悉io、多线程、网络等基础技术,熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制; 3.熟悉高并发、高性能的分布式系统的设计及调优; 4.熟悉一种以上图数据库、搜索引擎,有相关实践经验; 5.具备较强的逻辑思维,对算法和数据结构有深刻的理解; 6.能承受一定的工作压力,有责任心,有担当,执行力强,乐于分享。
工作职责
1.独立负责一个以上业务线/项目的系统设计、核心代码开发、系统优化等工作; 2.负责相关AI算法的工程化和性能优化方案设计; 3.支持图谱、问答、文本等领域的创新产品孵化; 4.解决大数据量、高并发、业务模型复杂等带来的各种技术难点.
