任职要求
1、具备扎实的代码和数据结构基础、熟悉C++/java/Python等语言和PyTorch/TensorFlow 等算法框架。 2、良好的数据分析和解决问题的能力，能对新问题、新场景有独立探索精神和系统级解决问题的能力。 3、具备较好的机器学习和深度学习基础，熟悉LR、DNN、Transformer等算法模型及其原理。
工作职责
1、参与金融类和医疗健康类产品的用户增长、流量运营、搜推等算法工作。支持保险、银行、医疗服务等场景的用户增长和经营业务。 2、与产品、运营协同，构建针对不同场景的智能化用户增长方案， 3、探索大模型技术在搜索、推荐场景的应用，研究AI搜索、生成式推荐、LLM4Rec在综合金融等场景的落地。
