工作职责
-负责爱奇艺智能分发团队推荐算法相关的工作，参与爱奇艺推荐业务的算法研究与开发； -对海量用户行为数据进行分析与挖掘，提取有价值的信息，为推荐算法的改进提供数据支持。

1、负责推荐系统的算法研发工作，包括但不限于用户兴趣建模、协同过滤、深度排序模型等，持续提升推荐效果和用户体验； 2、利用大规模数据处理技术，对用户行为数据进行深入分析，构建和优化用户画像； 2、与其他团队协作，根据业务需求调整和优化推荐策略，提升用户参与度和留存率； 3、跟踪推荐算法领域的最新研究进展，包括强化学习、图神经网络，将先进技术应用到实际产品中。
