任职要求
- 熟练掌握 Python、Java 等至少一门编程语言，具备扎实的编程基础和良好的代码风格； -具备良好的数学基础，熟悉机器学习、深度学习基本原理，对推荐算法有浓厚兴趣，有相关课程学习或项目经验者优先； -熟悉常用的机器学习框架，如 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等，有使用经验者优先； -具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用数据分析工具，如 Pandas、NumPy 等，能够从海量数据中提取有用信息； -具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
工作职责
-负责爱奇艺智能分发团队推荐算法相关的工作，参与爱奇艺推荐业务的算法研究与开发； -对海量用户行为数据进行分析与挖掘，提取有价值的信息，为推荐算法的改进提供数据支持。
