任职要求
-计算机基础扎实，熟练掌握计算机网络、数据结构及算法等基础知识； -熟悉JVM、I/O、多线程、集合等基础框架，有JVM调优经验优先 -熟悉微服务、分布式、数据一致性等知识，有使用Spring Boot、Spring Cloud经验优先； -熟悉RocketMQ、Kafka等消息框架，熟悉MySql、Redis、TiDB等数据库； -精通SQL，有大数据(Hive、HBase、Spark、Clickhouse等)使用开发经验优先； -具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力，责任心强，思路清晰，较强的学习能力与解决问题能力； -具有两年及以上工作经验，有服务海外业务系统的研发经验和英文优秀者优先。
工作职责
-参与爱奇艺海外种草业务系统研发，对接TikTok，Youtube等海外媒体平台开展广告和种草相关业务； -负责海外系统的架构设计，系统搭建，解决国际化业务的相关技术难点； -理解海外业务需求，分析产品方案，并实现产品相关需求，解决业务诉求； -完善和优化系统监控，并根据结果对业务和系统进行优化，持续改进和总结。
