工作职责
你将参与在线广告系统的核心技术研发，通过深度学习、强化学习、大模型及最优化技术，对海量信息进行智能建模，挖掘流量商业价值，提升广告投放效果。 主要方向包括： -投放模型建设：参与广告召回、粗排、精排等环节的排序预估模型研发，利用深度学习、大模型等技术推动模型持续升级; -投放策略优化：参与人群画像、出价机制、预算分配、竞价策略等策略研究，基于最优化方法与强化学习实现策略迭代。
