任职要求 - 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上后端开发经验。有小组带人经验或主导过跨团队专项； - 3年以上电商交易系统实战，真实做过商品/订单/库存/支付/履约链路，处理过钱货流转，理解对账、清结算的基本逻辑； - 精通Java与Spring 生态，熟悉微服务架构与消息队列。熟悉MySQL 事务与一致性设计、Redis 高并发使用，理解分布式锁、幂等、防超卖的实现原理。有概率/策略类算法（抽奖、保底、不放回抽取等）实现经验者优先； - 有跨系统对接经验，主导过异构系统间的数据打通、对账或履约闭环项目。对第三方平台依赖有风险预警意识； - 良好的工程习惯：技术文档、监控告警随功能同步交付； - 强烈的责任心，能独立负责和…
