【岗位要求】 1、热爱写代码，乐于钻研各种技术，享受从无到有的创造过程； 2、本科及以上学历，计算机等理工科相关专业； 3、5年以上Java相关开发工作经验，基础扎实，了解电商系统的开发经验；熟练掌握分布式系统设计及MySQL、Redis等存储系统的使用； 4、精通java编程语言，熟悉多线程、线程安全、异步处理等机制，熟悉jvm原理以及运行机制； 5、熟练掌握 Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、MyBatis、Dubbo 等框架特性及应用经验； 6、熟练掌握 MySQL、Redis等开源存储的使用、调优；熟悉常用的消息队列（如Kafka、RocketMQ等）； 7、熟悉系统分析方法，熟悉常用的设计模式及应用场景 8、良好沟通能力、学习能力，有较强的独立工作能力和解决问题的能力； 9、具有高度的责任心、勇于承担责任，能承受较强的工作压力； 10、积极主动，敢于接受挑战，有较强的团队合作精神。

【岗位职责】 1、快速完成复杂业务系统的设计与开发； 2、能够有较高的B2B电商方向架构能力，最好有TOB方向的工作经验； 3、帮助B2B业务快速稳定迭代，对系统未来的建设和优化方案有所思考沉淀与思考，并制定可行性方案。
