工作职责
1. 主导核心场景的召回/排序/精排全链路迭代，独立负责实验设计、A/B 分析与上线验收 2. 沉淀可复用的算法框架与工程方案，带动团队技术成长 3. 推动推荐系统从传统召回/排序架构向 AI-native 演进，落地 LLM 语义召回（向量检索替代/增强 CF）、生成式排序、Agent 化推荐、AI+用户画像等方向 4. 用大模型能力重构用户意图理解与兴趣建模，提升长尾与冷启动场景的推荐质量 5. 探索 RLHF / 偏好对齐在排序链路的应用，让推荐结果更贴合真实用户偏好
