• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Very rich project experience with industry customers
• 5+ years of rich experience in technology strategy development and technology team management
• Industrial expert with insights into market space, needs and pain points, projects opportunity points, etc.
• Have a clear understanding of the industry eco-partner landscape, and be able to promote comprehensive cooperation opportunities with industry eco-partners in product technology and business.
• Able to promote the cooperation by Alibaba Cloud products  "to be integrated" mode.
• Expert in a certain product area (e.g., seven major products, Private Cloud, etc.), mastering the technical architecture solutions of typical scenarios, possess practical skills in major project architecture design/optimization, product deployment testing, and technical problem handling.
• Have end-to-end overall program and architecture design capability, and Master the mainstream architecture design methods in the industry.

工作职责

Market Insights & Competitive Analysis
•Based on demand information such as market development trends, market space, core scenarios, and pain points in segmented fields, combined with the characteristics of the country/industry, output analysis reports on opportunities and market insights in segmented fields;
•Provide differentiated competitive solutions through the analysis of strategies and scenarios of competing pairs in competitive projects, output high-quality competitive intelligence on a regular basis.
Business Opportunity Identification & Pre-sale Guidance
•Based on the understanding of customer business strategy, accurately identify and understand the real intention and essence behind the customer's language, establish a trusting relationship with the customer's key decision makers and develop a targeted product/solution guidance strategy to guide the sales of products and solutions.
•Produce high quality solution and project proposals and other related documents, and guide key customer decision makers on specific business or technical scenarios.
Solution Design & Promotion
•Make targeted solutions according to customer needs, develop correct product selection strategy, POC test strike strategy, bidding&bid strategy, product configuration strategy, etc. in the project, reach contract signing, and continue to guarantee Alibaba Cloud's share increase in this customer.
•Promote the incubation and scale replication of industry solutions in segmented track.
•Identify and deal with technical and project risks in the process of solution landing in a timely manner, collaborate with product team and delivery team for normal performance, and realize contract revenue transformation.
Ecological Cooperation
•Promote cooperation with industry eco-partners through joint solutions, and promote the "to be integrated" of Alibaba Cloud products.
Capability Accumulation & Empowerment
•Accumulate knowledge documents on industry solutions, joint solutions, best practices, etc. for segmented fields/scenarios.
•Provide presentations, sermon and empowerment training to sales teams and eco-partners.
Product Requirements & Defect Feedback
•Provid feedback on product requirements on behalf of customers, abstrac and summarize product requirements and defects in sgemented fields, promote product improvement, new product project, and major feature launch, to polish products and solutions, and enhance product competitiveness.
