任职要求 1、计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历；具备 3 年以上后端研发或 AI 算法工程落地经验，有实际生产环境的 AI 应用调优经验。 2、精通 Python、Go、Java 或 node中至少一门，具备高并发、高可用分布式系统的架构设计与排坑能力。 3、具有Agent 前沿框架实战经验：需深刻理解并熟练使用当前主流的高阶 Agent 框架（如 LangGraph, PydanticAI, LlamaIndex Workflows, CrewAI, AutoGen, smolagents 等），有源码级定制或彻底重构经验优先。 4、深入理解 Transformer 机制及主流大语言模型的优劣势（Qwen, DeepSeek, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI 等）；熟悉基于大语言模型的推理范式（ReAct, CoT, ToT, Plan-and-Solve）。 5、熟悉向量数据库（如 Milvus, Qdrant）的使用与调优；熟悉图数据库（如 Neo4j, NebulaGraph）并在知识图谱/GraphRAG 领域有实践经验。 6、…
